- Already applied? If your application is currently “In Progress,” you do not need to apply again. Your application is already being reviewed.
- Past grant recipient? You may apply for a new grant on or after your anniversary date when applications are open. Please use your current grant funds by your anniversary date. Review your Award Letter in your Submittable account for your anniversary date.
- Ben’s Fund Autism Grant 2026: The application opens October 1 at 10 am pst for a limited time. Click the “Ben’s Fund Autism Grant 2026” button below to apply.
- Schneider Family Game Day Football Tickets: Click the “Schneider Family Game Day Football Tickets” button below to apply. One entry per family.

Tips on using Submittable:
- You will need to create a free Submittable account or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials to submit to these forms.
- You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date. There is an autosave feature, but you can also manually save your draft by clicking the button at the bottom of the form.
- Please do NOT submit an incomplete application.
- Submittable works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser.
- We will follow up with you about your submission by email. Please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable Account regularly.

Thanks to the generosity of John & Traci Schneider, President of Football Operations /GM of the Seattle Seahawks, and founders of Ben's Fund, for each Seattle home game, Ben’s Fund will award 1 family with 4 tickets and 1 parking pass at Lumen Field!
One application per family. Applications will close once all available application spaces have been filled.
Rules & Eligibility:
*Family must have a child or young adult (age 0-25) with autism in their care.
*Must be a Washington State resident
*Person with autism does not have to attend game.
*Past Schneider Game Day Ticket Winners are not eligible.
*Tickets are non-transferable and strictly not for resale purposes.
*One entry per family please. Your entry will qualify you for the entire season.
*If you are the winner of that specific game, you will be notified by phone &/or email a week before the game. If you do not respond by 5pm PT that day, we will award the tickets to another family.
*If chosen to attend a game, and you cannot attend we will move to the next family. You will not be able to choose an alternative game.
*If you cannot attend the game you are awarded, you are required to transfer tickets back to Ben's Fund.
*Applying does not guarantee award.
